TIACS is not a crisis support service… There are other great services that help with one off support. TIACS provide counselling that aims to support your mental wellbeing for the long term. TIACS provides up to 8 free sessions via text or call with the same counsellor.

In Australia, tradie mental health statistics reveal that 1 in 5 tradies experience mental health challenges, and they are six times more likely to die by suicide than from a workplace accident. Addressing tradie mental health openly helps reduce stigma, encourages seeking support, and can lead to better overall well-being and safety for blue-collar workers.
