Is This the Cleanest Job Site Ever? Even the Site Toilet Smells Good

A clean job site is one thing. A job site so clean a visiting tradie starts pointing out the smell of the toilet? That deserves a mention.

In an Instagram reel shared by @mohamad_tahapg, from the Taha Project Show sees him walking through a build shouting out Sturdy Projects and Impressive Home Developments for a level of site presentation that’s clearly left an impression. “It’s been a while since I’ve seen a job this clean,” he says. “Everything’s tidy. Everything’s put neatly.”

And the further he goes, the more he finds to like.

🧹 Carpentry’s Been Through. Where’s the Mess?

For anyone who’s worked around offcuts, sawdust and materials left wherever they landed, his reaction will make sense. He points out how tidy the site is after carpentry, before moving through the balcony and upstairs, where he describes the floors as having “no dust, nothing.”

“You think I’m finished? Nah, there’s more.” It’s basically a site tour where the main attraction is everything you’re not tripping over.

🚽 Even the Site Toilet Gets a Shout-Out

Then there are the smaller details. He points out boards laid down to keep people out of the mud and help contain the mess when deliveries arrive, along with a neatly installed sediment control fence.

Even the site toilet earns praise. He claims there’s a diffuser or something similar inside making it smell good. “It doesn’t smell like your average toilet.” Probably one of the stronger compliments a site toilet can receive, if not the only…

🔨 “That’s How Job Sites Should Be”

Behind the enthusiasm is a straightforward point: keeping a site clean makes a difference to the trades coming through next. “This is just small details that makes a difference in a job site,” he says.

He argues that an accessible, organised build helps work run smoothly and encourages everyone to lift their own standards. “It makes everything work well for all the other trades, and it brings everyone’s quality up.”

Cleanest job site ever? We’ll leave that call to you. But when someone’s giving your worksite toilet fragrance a shout out, you’re clearly getting the big things right.
