How much does this Xero coupon code save me?

Depending on the plan you choose, you’ll save between $222 and $3,000 over the first 6 months. For example, if you go with Ultimate 10, that’s $858 you won’t have to spend on your subscription. Ignite saves you $222, while Ultra has the biggest saving at $3,000. All prices below are in AUD, include GST and use Xero’s rates from 1 July 2026.

Note on Xero plan names: If you’ve used Xero before or have been comparing older articles, you might recognise the names Starter, Standard and Premium. Xero replaced those Australian plans with Ignite, Grow and Comprehensive in 2024, with Ultimate sitting above them. Ultra was added on 7 July 2026 for medium sized businesses. There are also Ultimate 20 ($180), Ultimate 50 ($250) and Ultimate 100 ($300) plans if you have a larger payroll.

What is included in the Xero promo code offer?

You’ll get all the features of whichever plan you choose for the full 6 months. It isn’t a limited version of Xero, although each plan has its own allowances. Before choosing make sure to have a look at how many people you need to pay, how much invoicing you do and whether you need extras such as project tracking.

Included on every Xero plan:

• Invoicing and quotes: You can send invoices with payment links through Stripe, PayPal and GoCardless, making it easier for customers to pay.
• Bank feeds and reconciliation: Transactions come through daily from CommBank, NAB, ANZ, Westpac, Macquarie and most other Australian banks, so you don’t have to enter them all yourself.
• GST tracking and BAS lodgement: You can keep track of your GST throughout the quarter and lodge your BAS directly with the ATO.
• Single Touch Payroll (STP Phase 2) and weekly automated super: You can manage payroll and super for the number of people included in your plan.

Plan limits to know:

• Ignite: You’re limited to 20 invoices and quotes, and 5 bills each month. Both approved and sent invoices count, so if you invoice regularly you may reach that limit sooner than you expect.
• Grow and above: You can send as many invoices and quotes and enter as many bills as you need.
• Comprehensive: You get multiple currencies, along with expense and mileage claims for 5 users. If you need project tracking, that isn’t included.
• Ultimate 10: You can track project time and costs, manage expense claims for 10 users and use Analytics Plus to review your KPIs and a 180 day cash flow forecast.
• Ultra: You get Syft Advanced reporting across up to 5 entities, tools for modelling different business scenarios, priority support with access to a Xero expert and targeted data restores up to twice a year.

Extra costs outside the discount:

• Extra payroll people: If you go over your plan’s allowance, you’ll pay another $5 per person each month or $2 on Ultra.
• Extra expense users: These cost $5 each, while extra project users cost $7 each
• Online bill payments: Once you’ve used your allowance additional payments cost $0.35 each, plus payment fees.
• Analytics Plus and Planday: You’ll pay separately for Analytics Plus on plans below Ultimate and for Planday if you want to use it for rostering.

Is this Xero promotion better than Xero’s direct offer?

Yes you’ll save about 2.5 times as much through Tradiespace. Xero’s own offer gives you 80% off for 3 months using code DC80325309AU, while Tradiespace gives you 100% off for 6 months. What about the “Xero promo code 90 off” listings?

If you’ve seen our offer listed as 90% off elsewhere, that was the previous deal. It ran until 14 May 2026, when we replaced it with 100% off for 6 months. Some websites haven’t caught up, while others may be referring to ANZ’s 90% offer for eligible customers or an older deal from another partner. Who is eligible for the Xero new customer offer?

You can claim the offer if you’re a new Xero customer in Australia, New Zealand or the United Kingdom and sign up through our partner link. If your business currently has a paid Xero subscription, or has had one in the past, you won’t qualify. That’s a condition set by Xero.

To use this Xero sign up offer, you must meet all of the following:

1. New Xero customer – your business has never held a paid Xero subscription

If you sign up just before 1 July, you can head into the new financial year with your first 6 months of Xero covered.

Is Xero worth it for businesses in 2026?

For most small Australian businesses we think it is, particularly if you’re paying staff through STP Phase 2, lodging BAS each quarter or using business management software that connects with it. The time you save on invoicing, BAS and payroll will usually make up for the subscription cost. If you’re turning over less than $20,000 and only sending a few invoices, though, MYOB Solo, Reckon One or QuickBooks Simple Start may cover your needs for less.

What’s the catch with the Xero 100% off promo code?

There isn’t a hidden catch but there are a few things to understand before signing up. You need to be a new customer, and after the first 6 months your plan will renew at the standard price. Xero asks for card details upfront, even though your plan subscription is free during the offer. Extras such as additional payroll people aren’t discounted and if you decide to cancel, you’ll need to give one month’s paid notice.

Can I switch from MYOB or QuickBooks to Xero and use this discount?

Yes using MYOB or QuickBooks doesn’t stop you from claiming the offer. What matters is whether your business has ever held a paid Xero subscription. If it hasn’t, you qualify. Xero has conversion tools to help move your data across from MYOB and QuickBooks and your accountant or bookkeeper can usually help you get everything transferred.

Does the 100% off Xero deal have a catch compared to 90% off deals?

No it works the same way as a 90% partner offer. You join for free and the discount applies automatically at Xero’s checkout. The difference is how much you pay for the subscription. Our View at Tradiespace on This Xero Deal

From working with thousands of Australian trade businesses, we tend to see Xero come up as one of the two main options when someone is ready to move off spreadsheets. It’s not the cheapest software you can buy but when you’re already spending your evenings catching up on invoices, payroll and BAS, the time it saves can easily be worth the monthly cost.

This is the best Xero offer we’ve negotiated since 2024 and it matches the highest discount available through other partners. Having 6 months free gives you time to get your bank feeds connected, bring your accountant in and link up your job management software. You can also get through at least one full BAS quarter before you start paying for the subscription, which gives you a decent chance to see how it fits your business.

Our advice would be to start with Grow unless you send fewer than 20 invoices a month. If you have 6 to 10 people on payroll, check what Comprehensive would cost with the extra people added before jumping straight to Ultimate 10. We’d also put a reminder in your calendar for the end of month five, so you can review your plan before the standard price kicks in.
